The Problem

Your best people are stuck doing work that should be automated.

Every consulting and finance firm runs the same expensive manual processes. Here's what they cost you — and where we come in.

Document & contract work

3–4 hours per contract. 8 contracts a month. €32,000 a year in senior time spent reading documents instead of advising clients.

Monthly reporting

1.5 days per report. 6 clients. 9 days a month your consultants spend formatting instead of consulting.

“We tried, but our tools have no API”

Almost every firm we audit has a stalled automation project — killed because a key tool had no public API. That blocker no longer exists. Around 42% of business tools have no public API, and we automate them anyway: browser automation, desktop Computer Use, and internal-API reverse-engineering cover any process, regardless of vendor support.

Proposals & quotes

2–3 hours per proposal, written from a blank page. 10 a month. A full work-week lost to copy-paste every month.

Paying too much for AI you already use

Firms that did adopt AI usually route every task through one flagship model — classification, drafting, complex analysis, all at the same premium cost. That is like sending an analyst's work to a senior partner. Matching the right model to each task typically cuts AI spend by 60% or more with no loss in quality.

Total addressable manual cost in a 20-person firm: €100,000–160,000 per year — before counting the AI overspend of firms that automated without a cost architecture.

Services

Three ways we work with you. One promise: measurable results.

AI Audit & Roadmap

from €1,500

1–2 weeks

You know automation could help — but you don't know which processes, what it would cost, or what the return would be. Guessing is expensive.

We map every manual process, classify each by automation potential using our traffic-light system, and calculate the ROI for your top 3 opportunities. You receive a written roadmap with phases, costs, and expected savings.

A clear, prioritised plan — and the numbers to justify it to your partners. We also flag where you may be overspending on AI today — most firms routing everything through one model pay 3–5× more than necessary.

Agent Build & Integration

from €5,000

30–60 days

Off-the-shelf AI tools don't know your processes. Generic automation breaks on your edge cases. You need agents built for how your firm actually works.

We build and deploy the agreed AI agents directly into your environment. Fixed price, 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. We test with your real data, integrate with your existing tools, and train up to two of your people. 30 days of post-delivery support included.

Working AI agents that handle your specific processes — live, tested, and owned by you. Every build includes a structured context layer so outputs sound like your firm, not a generic assistant — and, where the use case fits, always-on agents that monitor and act in the background rather than waiting to be asked.

AI Retainer & Growth

from €800/month

ongoing, from month 3

AI isn't set-and-forget. Models improve, your processes change, and new automation opportunities appear. Without ongoing optimisation, you leave value on the table.

We monitor your agents' performance, deliver a monthly KPI report (hours saved, ROI, error rate), optimise continuously, and scope your next automation opportunity each quarter.

Agents that keep getting better — and a partner who finds your next win before you ask.

Voice Agents

included in retainer tiers

pilot

Your consultants don't have time to open dashboards or fill in forms. They're in meetings, in cars, between client sites.

We give your agents a phone number. Call after a client meeting, dictate your notes, and get a structured briefing back by email — minutes later. No app, no login, just a phone call.

AI that works the way busy professionals actually work — by voice, on the move.

FAQ

Frequently asked

What industries do you work with?

We specialise in management consulting, strategy consulting, MedTech consulting, financial advisory, asset management, and tax advisory — primarily in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

How long does a project take?

The AI Audit takes 1–2 weeks. The agent build takes 30–60 days depending on complexity. Most clients are live within 60 days of signing.

What if the 30% target isn't reached?

We keep working for free until it is. We agree on the KPI baseline before we start, measure it formally at the end, and deliver a written before/after report.

Is our data safe? What about GDPR?

We anonymise data before it reaches any LLM and process only what's necessary. A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV) is included in every contract. We are based in Cyprus and operate under EU (GDPR) data protection standards.

Do you work with companies outside DACH?

Our focus is DACH and we work in German and English. For clients in France, Switzerland, and the wider EU we also have French and Serbian language support built in.

Can we start with just the audit?

Yes. The audit is a standalone engagement. If you proceed with the build, the audit fee is credited against the build price.

How do voice agents work?

You get a dedicated phone number connected to your agents. Call after a meeting, dictate your notes, and receive a structured briefing by email within minutes. No app, no login — just a phone call. Voice agents are currently in pilot and included in our retainer tiers.

Are you ISO certified?

We follow ISO 27001-aligned security practices — access control, least privilege, data minimisation, and anonymisation before AI processing — as a matter of policy. We do not yet hold formal ISO 27001 certification and will state it explicitly only once achieved.

Can we automate our processes if our tools don't have a public API?

Yes. We work with three methods that require no vendor cooperation: browser automation, Computer Use for desktop applications, and internal API reverse-engineering. The last is particularly efficient — it works with the internal APIs every web application already uses, at a fraction of the cost of screen-based automation. Research across 94 enterprise domains showed a 100% success rate with this approach. In our experience, 'no public API' is a vendor policy, not a technical barrier — and vendor policies don't block our builds.

Why does AI give us generic outputs that don't reflect how we actually work?

Because every AI session starts from zero. The model has no memory of your firm unless you provide structured context in that session. A set of markdown files — defining your company, your clients, your offer, your output preferences, and what you never do — changes this immediately. When we build agents for clients, this context architecture is the first thing we create. It is the difference between AI that writes like a generic assistant and AI that writes like a senior member of your team.

Read the full insight →
How can we reduce our AI costs without losing output quality?

Match model to task complexity. Flagship models are expensive and necessary for complex reasoning. For classification, routing, status checks, and standard drafts — which make up the majority of most AI workflows — lightweight models produce equivalent output at 10-20% of flagship cost. In the agent stacks we build, every stage runs on the appropriate model for its function. We also implement session structure to prevent context accumulation costs. In most implementations we review, these two changes reduce total AI spend by 60% or more.

How should consulting firms approach AI disruption strategically?

Not by waiting for stability. The firms that will lead in two years used this period to build AI-native processes — not in response to a crisis, but ahead of one. In practice, this means mapping where your team spends time on work AI can do at lower cost and building workflows to redirect that capacity. The goal is not headcount reduction — it is senior talent doing senior work, with AI handling the surrounding layer. We run this mapping process in our initial audit.

Why should we prioritise AI adoption now rather than wait for the technology to mature?

Because the firms that moved in 2024 and 2025 already have operating AI processes — they are not waiting. Entry-level analyst and research roles in consulting and finance are already being replaced, not because firms want to cut headcount, but because the economics no longer support the old model. The technology is mature enough for production use. The risk now is not moving too early — it is moving too late to build a process advantage before competitors close the gap.

What is the difference between a triggered AI workflow and an autonomous agent?

A triggered workflow runs when someone asks it to. An autonomous agent runs on its own — monitoring conditions, detecting changes, and acting without being prompted. In practice: a triggered workflow generates a report when you request one. An autonomous agent monitors your pipeline, flags anomalies, and delivers a briefing whether or not anyone remembered to check. We design agents to be autonomous and continuous where the use case supports it. The monitoring layer — the work that requires someone to pay constant attention — is where autonomous agents create the most immediate and measurable value.

Can AI automate our B2B lead generation and outreach without a dedicated sales team?

Yes, and we have built exactly this. A three-agent pipeline handles lead discovery, website research, and personalised email outreach — running overnight, storing all results in a shared database, and reporting back in the morning. One agent finds companies from public directories. A second extracts context from each company's website. A third writes and sends personalised outreach based on your defined offer. The setup takes one session. After that, the pipeline runs independently.

Which roles in consulting and finance are most affected by AI automation right now?

Entry-level research, structured analysis, document review, and first-draft preparation are the most directly affected — not in the future, but now. These tasks concentrate in analyst and junior associate profiles and are where AI performs at or above junior professional quality in our implementations. Senior judgment, client relationships, and complex synthesis remain human-dependent. The firms thinking clearly about this are not cutting teams — they are rebuilding delivery models around what their senior talent does best, with AI handling the surrounding work.

How do we make AI outputs sound like us rather than a generic assistant?

Give the AI structured context about your business before it starts any task. A set of markdown files — covering who you are, how you write, who your clients are, what your offer looks like, and what you never do — fed to the AI at session start produces output that reflects your firm, not a generic template. We build this context architecture in the first engagement. Once it exists, every AI agent in your stack has full business context from the first prompt. Without it, every session starts from zero and the outputs show it.

Read the full insight →
How do we reduce rework and get better AI outputs the first time?

Invest in the planning phase before execution starts. In our builds, the AI produces a detailed plan before generating any output. We review and correct that plan until it matches the requirement exactly — this alone eliminates most rework. We also use structured context files that specify output format, constraints, and explicit negative instructions for each task. Negative constraints — what the AI must not do — are particularly effective at preventing the most common errors. Specific always beats vague.
